Be a producer - artisan

Our platform is a showcase for your know-how as well as your products. We highlight both your products and you as a producer-artisan.

We seek to be as transparent as possible with our customers by providing as much information as possible. However, there may be an error on our platform. If this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will correct this very quickly.

Of course ! We also encourage you to send us the photo you want as well as a short text about yourself. This way our customers can get to know you a little better, even if they can’t meet you in person.

We are committed to highlighting you as much as possible on our platform. If a logistical problem, such as a temporary stock shortage, were to arise, you would of course still be present on the list of our producers and craftsmen. However, if the collaboration ends, we will remove your profile.

We do not ask for a minimum price or a percentage of the price of your products. This means that you are free to tell us the price you want. Prices will therefore be slightly higher than in mass distribution, but our customers will know that they have paid the right price for the product and the producer. We then set our prices based on supply and demand.

Your products

We choose small producers specializing in the products they offer in order to guarantee you the best possible quality. If, however, we are unable to find a small producer, we will then opt with the greatest transparency for a slightly larger producer or craftsman, but respecting our product quality charter. Do not hesitate to let us know if you know a producer using our interactive map on our “Our producers and artisans” page or to contact us directly. We will be delighted to highlight a small producer or an artisan that we do not know.

We ensure the quality of our products by always trying to choose small producers and artisans from sustainable agriculture or offering natural products.

On our online grocery store, we highlight the origin of all the products we offer and we favor small producers according to each type of product.

We offer gluten-free or lactose-free products. To do this, we only use the labels appearing on the products of our producers and artisans. For the sake of quality, trust and transparency, we will never mention a label or derivative if it is not clearly indicated on the product.

You can absolutely suggest a product to us that you would like to find in our selection.
We will try to satisfy your request while maintaining our ethical line regarding the products offered.

My subscriptions and sponsorship

Subscriptions for our products will be available very soon. We are in the process of determining the contours of our subscription offer. You will soon be able to order products such as olive oil and olives at regular intervals while having them delivered directly to your door.

We are currently in discussions with several producers in order to offer you the sponsorship of their olive trees or beehives directly on our site for greater simplicity. We will notify you when this becomes available.

My command

You can place your order directly on our website by selecting your products in the “Shop” tab. They will then be added to your basket, located at the top right of the screen. Then follow the instructions displayed on the screen until payment. Any validated order will be confirmed by sending an e-mail and will be recorded in your customer account. If you have any questions during the ordering process, please feel free to send us a message via our WhatsApp widget located at the bottom right of the screen or write us a message at “order@growyandtasty.com” .

We assure you that every order you place with us is packaged with the utmost care. We have boxes tailored to each order and product to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We work every day to improve our packaging, so that you receive your products in the best possible conditions. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we leave nothing to chance to provide you with a superior shopping experience. So you can order with confidence.

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. For this, we invite you to inform us as soon as possible. Any order that has started the shipping process cannot be modified or canceled.

Reimbursement of your order will only be made by credit to your customer account or by the payment method used, if possible.

You can track the status of your order directly from your customer account. We strive to offer you maximum transparency on the progress of your order by informing you in real time of its status. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like more information.

We only accept orders via our website for logistical and quality reasons. Since Growy and Tasty is a very young company, we are unable to accept orders over the phone or directly at our logistics center. However, we are actively working to simplify the ordering process.

Any order placed on our site is considered firm and final. We will not be able to take back the products if they have been shipped. However, we will only accept a claim if there is a logistical problem with your order.

Depending on your order, we will use the minimum packaging possible. However, due to the quantity or size of the products ordered, it is possible that your order will be divided into several packages.

We only use products that can be stored at room temperature when closed and not in use. The products are packaged in packaging provided by producers and artisans, then grouped according to your order before being packaged in a box.

Delivery and collection

As Growy and Tasty is still a very young company, we currently only offer collection of your order from our logistics center. You can select the pickup option during the ordering process and follow the instructions that appear when confirming your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of your order or the products for any order not collected on the collection day.

As Growy and Tasty is still a very young company, we currently offer a small catchment area with delivery charges using the various carriers available in your area. We will gradually expand our delivery area based on opportunities. If your area is not serviced, please feel free to email us so we can notify you of future availability in your area.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We are aware that these costs may hinder your order. However, depending on the size and weight of your order, they may vary. We strive to be as transparent as possible so that these costs are best suited to your order. You can consult the delivery costs on our website during the ordering process.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We need approximately 48 hours to prepare your order. This time may vary depending on the time your order is placed. Then, we entrust your order to our carrier who will take care of delivery to your region. Delivery times depend on their services. You can consult the tracking of your order to know the progress of the shipment. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery times. We will try, in coordination with our carrier, to give you a rough estimate for the delivery of your order.

All our deliveries are made by the carrier we have selected and who is available in your catchment area. We therefore offer delivery tracking based on the logistics put in place by our carrier.

It is best to be home when your order is received. However, we understand that you may be away or at work. Do not hesitate to consult the tracking of your order with the carrier to obtain as much information as possible.

If the delivery delay is caused by a technical problem with us, we will inform you as soon as possible and compensation will be offered depending on the nature of the problem encountered.

If the delivery delay is caused by a technical or delivery problem with the carrier, we will notify the carrier of your problem. However, it is also recommended to make a claim on your own. We will support you in all the necessary steps related to this problem.

However, we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by the carrier, as the goods and order will have left our premises.

Payment

We currently offer the following payment methods on our website:

We offer secure and encrypted payment on our website using the latest technologies from our host, as well as WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery due to control and quality issues.
