Ena Ena
Ena Ena produces a Koroneiki monocultivar organic extra-virgin olive oil from century-old trees grown in the sacred region of Olympia. The olives are harvested by hand, then cold-pressed in less than 12 hours. As a result, this certified ORGANIC and PDO oil combines tradition, freshness and aromatic richness.
Ena Ena: an oil born of Olympia's terroir
The olives come from the mountainous orchards around Ancient Skillountia, on limestone terroirs at an altitude of 450m. The Koroneiki olive trees, over 100 years old, are grown organically and without irrigation, in full respect of the natural balance. The olives are hand-harvested in October and November, when they ripen early. The olives are then cold-pressed (<23°C) in less than 12 hours, then stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen to preserve all their qualities.
Ena Ena: An extra-virgin oil with an exceptional profile
This oil reveals a complex aromatic profile: fresh grass, artichoke, olive leaf, green bell pepper, almond, banana. It offers a subtle balance between green fruitiness, light bitterness and persistent spiciness, while maintaining low acidity. What’s more, its richness in antioxidant polyphenols gives it recognized health benefits, particularly for the cardiovascular system. It is therefore rated Ultra Premium with a score of 90-100/100 by the Best Olive Oils Store.
