Producer of olive oils, honey, herbs
We take great care of our olive trees throughout the year, which is reflected in our harvest. This begins at the end of October and ends in mid-December, depending on the climatic conditions of each year and the maturity of the fruits. Olives harvested early, when still green and unripe, are used to produce our exceptional green harvest, “agoureleo” or “oleo novo”, bitter extra virgin olive oils, while those harvested later in the season are used to create our more balanced, milder tasting extra virgin olive oils.
