Olive oil producer

My name is Giorgos Spyridakis. I live and work in Kamilari, a picturesque village in southern Crete, in the Messara plain.

I come from a farming family that has been established in Kamilari for many generations.

My family has been growing olives on their land for generations. Each year, we keep a limited number of olives which we consume as is (after having seasoned them according to a family recipe guaranteeing their preservation) and we press the rest to make olive oil.extra virgin olive oil, which we use for our daily consumption as well as for the cooking of our Milonas restaurant.
