Terms of Sales
1 - Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all product sales made by the company Growy and Tasty (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”) on its website www.growyandtasty.com (hereinafter referred to as “the site”). The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by these GTCS, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. The seller reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time, without prior notice.
2 - Products
The products offered for sale on the website are food and cosmetic products sourced mainly from small local producers and artisans, primarily in Greece. We reserve the right to add other categories of products as well as sources of our products depending on opportunities. The seller undertakes to provide quality products in accordance with applicable standards. The photographs and illustrations on the website are not contractual.
3 - Prices
The prices of the products are indicated on the website in euros including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice, but undertakes to invoice the products at the prices in effect at the time of the validation of the order by the customer.

The customer can place an order on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To validate their order, the customer must fill their cart and an online order form by providing the requested information and choosing their payment method. The validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The online sales site reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
5 - Payment
Payment for products is made by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
We reserve the right to add other means of payment progressively. Transactions are secured according to the latest standards in force. The customer guarantees to the seller that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. The seller reserves the right to suspend any order and delivery in case of refusal of payment authorization by credit card from officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment.
6 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order. The seller undertakes to deliver within the timeframes specified by the carrier, depending on product availability, but cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by the carrier. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated during the ordering process.
6 - Complaint
Any customer complaints must be sent by email to the following address: [email protected]. The customer has 2 days from receipt of the products to submit a complaint.
7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
8 - Legal guarantees
The customer benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. In the event of a defective product, the customer must inform the online sales site within 48 hours of receipt of their order.
9 - Protection of personal data
The online sales site undertakes to protect customers’ personal data and use them only within the framework of the commercial relationship.
10 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those on the Island of Crete in Greece.
