An exceptional terroir at the foot of Psiloritis

Located in Kavalaria, in the Korfes Malevizi region of Crete, the Kavalaria Estate enjoys a microclimate ideal for olive growing. The olive groves, perched on the eastern foothills of Mount Psiloritis, are cultivated using organic methods that respect the environment and ancestral traditions.

An olive oil with remarkable qualities

Kavalaria Estate produces organic extra-virgin olive oil from the Koroneiki variety, renowned for its high polyphenol content. Hand-harvested in early October, the olives are cold-pressed the same day, guaranteeing an oil with an acidity of less than 0.15%.

A complex, balanced organoleptic profile

This olive oil is distinguished by its green fruit aromas, with notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke, green almond and pepper. Its high fruity intensity, slight bitterness and moderate spiciness offer a harmonious, lingering taste experience.

International recognition

Kavalaria Estate has been awarded several gold medals, including at the NYIOOC, EVO IOOC and London IOOC in 2023, attesting to the exceptional quality of its olive oil.
