Founded with the aim of producing exceptional olive oils, the brand stands out for its sustainable approach. In fact, the olives come from trees that are thousands of years old, some as old as 200. In this way, the company favors cultivation that respects natural cycles and the environment.
Production: A Process of Care and Passion
Hellenic Fields olives are harvested by hand, each fruit carefully selected to guarantee optimum quality. Harvesting begins at the end of October and continues until mid-December, depending on weather conditions and the ripeness of the olives. Two types of olive oil are created: green oil, extracted from unripe olives for an intense, slightly bitter taste, and milder oil, obtained from ripe olives, which offers a more balanced taste.
Traditional and Modern Methods
To guarantee the highest quality, Ena Ena combines traditional techniques with modern technology. Olives are cold-pressed under optimal conditions, preserving their aromas and nutritional benefits. This rigorous process produces a pure, flavorful olive oil while respecting strict environmental standards.
