Be a producer - artisan

Being listed with Growy and Tasty offers a valuable showcase for your know-how and your products. We showcase your creations and present you as a producer or craftsman. What’s more, this visibility attracts new customers and strengthens your reputation.

We seek to be as transparent as possible with our customers by providing as much information as possible. However, there may be an error on our platform. If this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will correct this very quickly.

Of course ! We encourage you to send us a photo of your choice and a text about yourself. This will enable our customers to get to know you better, even if they can’t meet you in person.

We are committed to highlighting you as much as possible on our platform. So if a logistical problem arises, such as a temporary stock shortage, you’ll stay on our list of producers and craftsmen. However, if the collaboration ends, we will remove your profile.

We do not ask for a minimum price or a percentage of the price of your products. So you’re free to tell us what price you want. It’s true that prices may be slightly higher than in supermarkets. However, our customers know that they are paying a fair price for the product and the producer.

What’s more, we set our prices according to supply and demand.

Your products

We choose small producers who specialize in their products to guarantee the best possible quality. However, if we cannot find one, we will select a larger producer or artisan. We make sure they comply with our product quality charter. Please let us know if you know of a producer via our interactive map on the “Our producers and artisans” page . You can also contact us directly. We’d be delighted to feature a small producer or artisan we don’t know.

We guarantee the quality of our products by selecting small-scale producers and artisans. We give preference to those who practice sustainable agriculture or offer natural products. In this way, our customers benefit from high-quality, environmentally-friendly products.

On our online grocery store, we emphasize the origin of all our products. We give priority to small-scale producers for each type of product. In this way, our customers can choose authentic, quality products from local sources.

Yes, we offer gluten-free and lactose-free products. To achieve this, we only use the labels present on the products of our producers and artisans. So, for the sake of quality, trust and transparency, we never mention a label unless it’s clearly indicated on the packaging.

Yes, you can suggest a product that you would like to see in our selection. We will do our best to satisfy your request. However, we take care to respect our ethical line regarding the products we offer.

My subscriptions and sponsorship

Subscriptions for our products will soon be available. We are currently working on the details of our offer. You’ll be able to order products such as olive oil and olives at regular intervals. What’s more, these products will be delivered straight to your door.

We are in discussion with several producers to offer you the possibility of sponsoring their olive trees or beehives. You’ll be able to do so directly on our site, for greater simplicity. We’ll let you know as soon as this option becomes available.

My command

You can place your order directly on our website. Select your products in the “Shop” tab and add them to your basket. Then follow the on-screen instructions through to payment. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have any questions, please contact us via the WhatsApp widget or our contact form.

For logistical reasons, we only accept orders via our website. As Growy and Tasty is a young company, we cannot handle orders by telephone.

We prepare each order with care. We only sell products that can be stored at room temperature. Items are prepared in their original containers and grouped according to your order before shipping. To ensure that your order arrives in good condition, we use suitable cardboard boxes and as little packaging as possible. However, depending on size or quantity, your order may be divided into several packages.

You can track the status of your order from your customer account. We do our best to keep you informed in real time of the progress of your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information once you have confirmed your order.

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please inform us as soon as possible. Please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed. Refunds will be made by crediting your customer account or by the method of payment used.

All orders are firm and final. We cannot take back products once they have been dispatched, except in the event of logistical problems.

Delivery

Growy and Tasty does not offer a pick-up service.

As a young company, we currently offer a small catchment area with delivery charges. We use different carriers available in your area. In addition, we will gradually expand our delivery area as opportunities arise. If your area is not served, send us an e-mail to be informed of future availability.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order. We understand that these costs may affect your order. They may vary according to size and weight. We do our best to be transparent so that these costs are adapted to your order. You can view the charges during the ordering process on our website.

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. We need about 48 hours to prepare your order. This time may vary depending on the time of day you place your order. We then entrust your order to our carrier. Check your order status to see how it’s progressing.

It is preferable to be at home during the reception. However, we understand that you may be away. Please check your order status with the carrier for more information.

If the delay is caused by a technical problem on our premises, we will inform you and offer compensation. If the delay is caused by the carrier, we will inform them of your problem. However, we recommend that you file a claim yourself. We will assist you with the necessary steps.

Payment

We currently offer several payment methods on our website:

  • Your wallet: this method credits your customer account.

We are open to other payment methods. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to suggest an alternative method. What’s more, all transactions carried out on our site are secure and encrypted. This guarantees the protection of your payment information.

Yes, we guarantee secure, encrypted payment on our website. This is made possible by the latest technology from our hosting provider, as well as the WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal systems. So you can shop with confidence, knowing that your payment details are protected.

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment on delivery. This decision is linked to questions of control and quality. We make sure that every transaction is carried out under the best possible conditions.

To create your account, click on the “My account” button. This button is represented by a man’s bust at the top of our site. Then follow the instructions to register.

You can modify your personal information by accessing your customer account and clicking on the “Modify my information” option.

You can track the status of your order by accessing your customer account and clicking on the “My Orders” option.

If you have trouble logging in, click on “Forgot password”. If this does not work, please contact us. We will try to find a solution to help you recover your account. Please note that we have no access to your personal or payment information.
