1. Embonas, Rhodes’s wine-tasting Mecca

Your first stop is Embonas, renowned for its vineyards and unique terroir. What’ s more, this hilltop village is home to one of the island’s most renowned wineries. Here, you can taste several local wines made from indigenous grape varieties.

If you choose the Premium option, you’ll enjoy a private tour of the winery, accompanied by a full tasting including a cheese board.

2. Sianna: local sweets and ancestral know-how

You then continue on to the village of Sianna, famous for its artisanal honey and souma (traditional brandy). Here, you can sample other local specialities in an authentic setting.

3. Monolithos or Kritinia: sunset and nightcap
