Description
A Greek oil born of family know-how
Stalia’s extra virgin olive oil, in its family drop edition, was born in Gargaliani, in the south of the Peloponnese. Every autumn, the family harvests Koroneïki olives by hand, between October 20 and November 15. Thanks to this early harvest, the fruit retains a high antioxidant content. The olives are then quickly pressed, always cold, at a temperature below 24°C. This constant care ensures a fresh, stable oil of outstanding quality.
A pronounced fruitiness that enhances all your dishes
This oil reveals a precise balance between intense fruitiness, moderate bitterness and clean spiciness. Add it raw to salads, grilled vegetables or fish fillets. It can also be used at the end of cooking, to subtly enhance meat or soup. Thanks to its well-defined aromatic structure, it enhances each ingredient without masking it. So you can add a Cretan touch to even the simplest recipes.
A distinctive culture and a demanding method
The family farm cultivates its olive trees according to certified organic practices. No industrial methods are used in the process. After extraction, the oil immediately undergoes precise filtration. It then rests in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. This method of preservation preserves all the natural aromas and prolongs freshness for several weeks after opening. Each stage is carried out locally, under the direct control of the producer.
A generous canister designed for everyday use
The 1.5-liter format guarantees excellent autonomy while preserving the oil’s qualities. Thanks to its opacity, the container blocks light and protects against the effects of oxidation. You can store it easily in a cupboard, away from heat. This packaging is ideal for families and Mediterranean food lovers alike. Each drop brings intensity, balance and authenticity to your everyday dishes.
