Tombazis Estate

Tombazis Olive Grove is a family business founded in 1828, located in Galatas (Troizinia, Peloponnese). It produces a Koroneiki, organic, single variety olive oil, harvested by hand and pressed immediately to preserve its organoleptic and nutritional qualities.

History & exceptional terroir

  • The estate began commercial cultivation in the 1870s, initially with citrus fruits before becoming renowned for its premium oil.

  • Taken over in 2017 by Aristotelis Panagiotaros, who continues the tradition established by the Tombazis family.

  • The orchard covers around 30 acres (12,40 Koroneiki trees), on irrigated sandy-clay soil by the sea, guaranteeing olives under controlled water stress.
