Skoutari

Skoutari is a high-quality organic extra-virgin olive oil, produced on the family farm of Kritsa and Kavousi (Lasithi, Crete), from century-old Koroneiki olive trees. It is renowned for its unique taste profile and strong nutritional qualities.

A family history and a shared passion

In 2000, Anargyros and Maria, inspired by the actions of their forefathers, took over the family olive groves under the guidance of their grandfather Michalis. Since then, they have conducted research with the University of Athens to certify the pharmaceutical value of their oil. The Skoutari project was born in 2020 on this basis: to produce an oil that is pure, healthy and protected by nature, according to the hygienist philosophy of Hippocrates:

Terroir & know-how

24 ha of Koroneiki olive trees planted on the natural terraces from Kritsa (350 m) to Kavousi.
Strictly organic, hand-harvested at early ripeness, cold-pressed at <27 °C within a few hours of picking.
Small-volume production to preserve the freshness and quality of each harvest.
