Petromilos Kritis is a family-run company based in Tympaki, Crete, specializing in ancient Mediterranean pies and flavored olive oils, handcrafted with passion and tradition.
Based in Tympaki (Réthymno), Petromilos has been using a wood-fired oven to create 100% organic traditional paximadia (rusks) for several generations: rye, barley, einkorn, oats, millet… All made with local ingredients, grown according to the principles of organic farming.
