Messino, produced by the family-owned Papadeas PC company in Kalamata since 1975, offers a range of premium vinegars (wine, balsamic, flavored) and condiments, based on traditional know-how combined with ISO 22000-certified modernity.

Tradition and innovation inspired by Kalamata wines

Founded by Panagiotis Papadeas in the 1970s, Messino began in the Peloponnese region with the artisanal production of wine vinegar, naturally fermented in wooden barrels. Today, the company, run by the Papadeas family in association with the previous generation, combines this traditional method with modern technologies (stainless steel tanks, advanced acidifiers) to master quality.
