Mani Organic: authenticity and biodynamic agriculture
Located in the Laconia region of southern Peloponnese, Mani Organic cultivates a family passion that has been passed down through three generations. The brand, founded by Fritz Bläuel, is credited with introducing organic farming to Greece in the 1990s. Today, it combines biodynamic methods, ethical values and gustatory excellence to offer a gourmet, Demeter-certified range with strong local roots.
Respectful production
Mani Organic works exclusively with partner farmers in the region. All respect the principles of biodynamic agriculture:
Respect for natural cycles and biodiversity
Total absence of GMOs, chemical fertilizers or aggressive treatments
Demeter and European organic certification
Each olive is harvested by hand, then cold-pressed in just a few hours. Thanks to this gentle method, flavors and nutritional properties are fully preserved.

Frequently asked questions about olive oil and organic products
What are the benefits of extra virgin olive oil?
Extra-virgin oil is rich in antioxidants and monounsaturated fatty acids. It supports cardiovascular health and improves nutritional balance.
What's the difference between organic and biodynamic farming?
Organic farming excludes pesticides and GMOs. Biodynamics goes further: it follows lunar rhythms, favors living soil and respects the global ecosystem.
How to recognize a quality olive oil?
A good oil has low acidity, a fruity taste and is cold-extracted. Demeter certification also guarantees high standards.
Why do organic olives taste better?
Because they are grown without chemical treatments and harvested when fully ripe. So they retain their natural flavor and texture.
