EON: handcrafted products born of a passion for nature
Founded in 2013 by a couple of former athletes, EON is a Cretan artisanal brand committed to healthy, natural and uncompromising food. Since its inception, it has promoted authentic, accessible cuisine. Its approach is based on traditional recipes, without additives or preservatives, using ingredients rigorously selected from the Greek terroir. Olive oil, dolmades, condiments and vegetable pâtés are all produced in small batches, using artisanal processes that respect taste and quality.
A clean label philosophy at the heart of manufacturing
EON relies above all on a short, transparent list of ingredients. In fact, each ingredient is selected locally in Greece, picked when ripe, then processed without superfluous transformation. The objective remains simple: to offer a stable product, free from chemical treatment, while preserving its rich taste and nutritional value.

EON: extra virgin olive oil from Sitia
EON’s flagship product is olive oil from the mountains of Sitia, Crete. It is made from Koroneiki olive trees grown without irrigation, respecting natural cycles. Hand-harvested at early maturity, the olives are then cold-pressed at less than 23°C, within 12 hours of picking.
As a result, this oil boasts a complex aromatic profile: fresh grass, green bell pepper, almond, artichoke, and a subtle peppery note on the finish. What’s more, its low acidity, combined with a very high polyphenol content, makes it an ultra-premium oil. It is perfectly suited to a balanced, tasty Mediterranean diet.
