Eladaki
Olive oil producer
An exceptional terroir in the heart of Crete
Nestled in the Rodakino region, within the Natura 2000 network, Eladaki grows olive trees of the Tsounati variety, one of the oldest in the Mediterranean basin. These trees, some over 4,000 years old, are living testimony to a thousand-year-old olive-growing tradition.
An olive oil with remarkable virtues
Eladaki produces an organic extra virgin olive oil, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Thanks to early harvesting and cold extraction, it retains all its nutritional qualities and offers a unique flavor, combining fruity aromas and spicy notes.
Craftsmanship handed down from generation to generation
The family behind Eladaki perpetuates ancestral know-how, cultivating and harvesting olives by hand, without the use of heavy machinery. This environmentally-friendly, traditional approach guarantees superior quality olive oil.
A commitment to sustainability and quality
Eladaki is certified organic by recognized organizations such as SWISS ORGANIC and IRIS CERTIFICATION. The company is committed to preserving local biodiversity and promoting sustainable farming practices in harmony with nature.
