Akalli is an extra-virgin olive oil handmade by the Zacharioudakis family, rooted in the Messara plain (southern Crete). It comes from century-old Throubolia and Koroneiki olive trees, carefully harvested to guarantee freshness, taste and goodness.
Brothers Stelios and Manolis, sons and grandsons of Nicolao Zacharioudakis, have been growing and processing olives from an early age, using traditional methods – hand-care, same-day pressing, room-temperature management to preserve nutrients. The particular climate of the Messara plain, rich and sunny, contributes to the exceptional quality of their oil.
